The California State University system requires all volunteers to complete a "Volunteer Identification Form" for purposes of documentation, legal and insurance purposes. You can access a copy of the form below to review, print and either mail or bring in personally to our offices.

The Arboretum requires all volunteers to be members of the Friends of the Fullerton Arboretum to be eligible to volunteer for our various activities.

The CSUF Volunteer Identification Form and the Friends of the Fullerton Arboretum Information Form must be completed, submitted and approved prior to any volunteer activities.
