Basic Fees: For event dates effective January 1, 2008
The Basic Fees include site charge, use of grounds for photography (Garden & Pavilion sites at the Arboretum), staff charge, hostess, and required membership to the Friends of the Fullerton Arboretum.
Social Events, Weddings and/or Receptions may be held during the hours of 9:00 am and 11:00 pm.
Saturday Ceremony only rentals must be completed by 3:00 pm, April through September.
Rates for up to 200 guests for Social Events, Weddings and/or Receptions
Social Event/Wedding only 3 Hours $1250 Pavilion $1500
Social Event/Reception only 4 Hours $1650 $2000
Social Event/Wedding and Reception 6 Hours $2450 $3000
Additional Charge per Hour Garden Sites $400, Pavilion $500
Additional $3.00 per person over 200 guests all sites
Additional Fees:
Damage Deposit
$500 deposit for up to 400 guests
$1,000 for over 400 guests
Catering/ Alcohol
All food stuffs and all alcohol must be provided and served by a professional catering service with a liquor license and liability insurance. The Catering company must be approved by the Arboretum. Champagne, wine and beer only may be served. No kegs or fountains. When alcohol is served on-site, a police officer(s) is required at $70 per hour per 100 guests. (Hired by the Arboretum)
Rehearsal
One-hour rehearsal is included in the basic fee.
$50 is added for rehearsals after regular business hours of 8 a.m.-4:45 p.m.
Equipment Rental
All equipment such as chairs, tables, aisle runners, etc. is to be rented from an approved equipment rental company.
The back room at the Heritage House may be used for the bride prior to ceremony only, and is included in the basic fee. |
