Special Group Tour Requests at the Fullerton Arboretum | ||

The Fullerton Arboretum is a beautiful and natural 26 acre sanctuary which is truly an urban paradise. We offer many special group tours of our grounds, Heritage House and Museum for groups of all ages and interests. For any questions about tours, you may contact our front office at the Arboretum by calling (714) 278-3407, fax to (714) 278-7066 or email to farboretum@fullerton.edu. Access a copy of our Special Tour Request form below: Special Group Tour Requests Special Nature Guide Group Tours Special Nature Guide Group Tours are available upon request. Generally they can be scheduled in advance and can be conducted any day the Arboretum is open, between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:45 pm, except during the summer months when the Arboretum closes at 8:00 pm in July, 7:30 pm in August and 7:00 pm in September. Tour groups of 10 or more should call our front desk by the 3rd Monday preceeding the month of the planned tour to schedule the tour prior to their visit to ensure enough Nature Guides are available to handle their specific needs. Cost is free for schools and $2/adult and $1/child for other groups. Special Museum Group Tours Special Museum Group Tours are available upon request. These tours are strictly docent lead and cost $2/adult and $2/children. Tour groups of 10 or more should call our front desk 4 weeks preceeding the planned tour prior to their visit to make reservations and to ensure enough docents are available to handle their specific needs. Tours are given only on Tuesday's. The museum is closed during August for tours and during those months when new exhibits are being constructed. Heritage House Group Tours Heritage House Group Tours are available upon request. These tours are strictly docent lead and are free for schools and cost $2/adult and $1/child for other groups. Tour groups of 10 or more should call our front desk by the 15th of the month preceeding the month of their planned visit to make reservations and to ensure enough docents are available to handle their specific needs. The Heritage House is closed during January and August for all tours. Heritage House Group Tours are only given on Tuesday's, Wednesday's and Thursday's. Special Summer Hours Note: The Arboretum has special summer hours and it is occasionally possible to schedule special tours during these extended hours—but not guaranteed.
