| Purpose: |
Assist visitors at the Nikkei Heritage Museum (located on the Arboretum grounds). Make sales transactions in the museum store. |
| Time Commitment: |
Serve two 2-hour shifts per month.
(The museum is open Saturdays & Sundays, 12-4) |
| Skills Needed: |
Ability to welcome visitors and assist with questions about the exhibit. |
| Training: |
Attend one docent training class. |
| What You Gain: |
Interesting historical facts about agriculture and farming in early Orange County and the contributions of the Japanese-American farmers. |
