Potter Volunteer Opportunities

Purpose: 

Propagate, pot, groom, water and prepare plants and seeds for sale in our Potting Shed.  Prepare plant labels, collect cuttings from the gardens and clean/weed nursery area.

Time Commitment: Minimum of 4 hours per month on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday mornings.
Skills Needed: Willingness to learn, general knowledge of basic horticultural principles, propagation and plant identification.
Training: We provide on-the-job training the first day you start.
Requirements: Able to work outdoors, bend, lift and walk on uneven surfaces.
What You Gain:

Knowledge of plant and weed identification, general horticultural principles, transplanting and propagation procedures.

Potters

Membership in the Friends of the Fullerton Arboretum required for all volunteers.
Membership fee includes free volunteer orientation.
